The Coast District Management Association (CDMA) is the officially recognized organization representing about 120 managers in the Coast Community College District. The CDMA is dedicated to advocating for all managers in the District, through Porfessional Development/Continuing Education Funds Management, Meet and Confer, Training, Networking, and Awards.

Professional Development/Continuing Education
Did you know the CDMA facilitates funding for several professional development opportunities through Management Professional, Staff Development, and Education? Reimbursement is available for conferences/training up to $2,500 per year and for education up to $3,000 per year. Complete the Application for Funds today. Once you submit it, your supervisor will need to sign the request, and it will automatically be routed to the CDMA Treasurer for approval.
Manager of the Year Awards
Each year the CDMA selects a manager from each campus to be recognized as "Manager of the Year." Managers are selected by their peers for outstanding performance and leadership.
