CDMA Training

CDMA will be rolling out inclusive conversations training soon. The training is breifly described below.

Today more than ever, leaders and employees alike must have the skills and competencies to engage in dialogue on historically polarizing and “off-limits” topics. Whether or not we create spaces for these conversations, employees are naturally talking and thinking about current events that may impact them. When people have the opportunity for these conversations, it increases psychological safety, engagement, and productivity.
